This Geisha comes from the Inmaculada Coffee Farms in Huila, grown through the Fellow Farms program. Cultivated at high altitudes of around 1,500–1,700 m, the beans are naturally processed to preserve their delicate and unique character.

On the cup, it reveals floral aromas with bright notes of white grapes, smooth honey sweetness, and a subtle creamy hint of coconut.

The Inmaculada Farms, run by the Holguín family, use an agroforestry system that promotes biodiversity and sustainability, growing rare varieties like Geisha in harmony with shade trees.

This lot is versatile and works beautifully for both filter and espresso brew methods.
