Finca Los Nogales - Café Excelso 350g

Finca Los Nogales is the passion project of third‑generation coffee farmer Oscar Hernández, located in the steep, lush hills of Huila, Colombia. At an altitude of around 1,750 m, Oscar cultivates 100% Arabica beans under ideal climatic conditions—warm, humid, and close to the Amazon border.

This coffee is fully washed and graded as Excelso. On the cup, it delivers a medium body with vibrant acidity, balanced by elegant fruit notes of green apple, blackcurrant (red currant), and a sweet, honey-like finish. There is a distinct stone-fruit character, giving it a refined fruitiness that works beautifully.

Thanks to the bright acidity and fruit-forward profile, this coffee is versatile: stunning brewed in a French press, and equally delicious in milk-based drinks like a flat white.
