Clementina is a delicate, floral microlot from Bruselas in Huila, Colombia, grown by the Vergara family (Jhoan and Carlos Vergara) on their small farm.
This coffee is processed with a washed, anaerobic fermentation and dried on raised beds, preserving its refined sweetness and aromatic clarity.
In the cup, it offers a softly floral and fruity profile with notes of rose water, apricot, peach, and agave syrup. The medium-light roast highlights its delicate aromatics and clean finish.
Clementina is especially suited for filter methods like V60 and Chemex, but also works beautifully in immersion brews such as French Press or AeroPress, bringing out its gentle complexity.
Named after Jhoan’s grandmother, Clementina reflects the Vergara family’s legacy and passion, combining tradition with careful, quality-focused production.
