This coffee comes from the El Alumbre farm in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, managed by Fernando Cordero and his family. The farm practices regenerative agriculture and is herbicide‑free, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability.

The lot is processed using an anaerobic honey method — cherries are fermented under pressure in sealed vats, enhancing sweetness and aromatic complexity. The dry‑down happens on patios, carefully controlled to preserve the fruit-forward character.

In the cup, expect a spicy yet sweet profile: notes of honey, jasmine, and a bright citrus like lemon create a beautifully balanced and delicate sensory experience. The body is smooth, and the finish is clean and elegant.
